In the past few years I've become intolerant of certain foods, namely yeast, milk, seafood and to some extent gluten. (pasta made with wheat mostly) I have created a menu planner in Taste.com.au showcasing a few of my favourite recipes. The benefits of becoming a member are numerous.As a member you can create menu planners for a dinner party or a simple meal for two. If you are intolorant to these certain foods or would just like to try an alternative please feel free to take a look. (When I use a new recipe if it calls for milk or pasta, I use a soy milk alternative and gluten free pasta.)
